7th VINUS DEL BICENTENARIO INTERNATIONAL WINE & SPIRIT COMPETITION 2010

We have the pleasure to invite your company along with your wines and/or spirits to participate in the only International wine competition joining together wine and health: VINUS DEL BICENTENARIO IWSC 2010. The competition will take place in the Argentinean province of Mendoza during the first week of May 2010(03/06)

Till date we are still receiving samples but recommend you send your sample as soon as possible.

VINUS 2010 provides wines and spirits with points that are very important for the World Ranking Wine & Spirit 2010, being one of the TOP15 international competitions in the world.

In previous VINUS competitions, all takings were donated to public hospitals of Mendoza for equipments and medicines.

Why your winery should compete with its products in VINUS 2010:

  • The competition is at an international level and is sponsored by the OIV, the WAWWJ, Bodegas de Argentina AC, INV, Argentinean wineries, wine magazines and international, national and private companies.
  • Its results are released to the press locally and internationally, promoting all awarded wines and spirits.
  • It is unique in its kind and helps local hospitals improve their services.
  • It is a competition that promotes all winners to importers with a low entry fee compared to the benefits it will give winning products.
  • The jury taking part is selected among the best professionals in the world.
  • The competition is divided into Price categories, making it fair for all wines or spirits competing.(see categories)
  • Categories go from table wines (from u$ 1.00 to 3.00) to selected wines(priced at more than u$ 300.00)
  • Cost: $ Arg 650- per sample plus tax- International u$ dollars 160.00 or € 120.00 (see costs and Price table). Technical Data:
  • Bottles: Wine four (4) - Spirits: two (2)
  • Add analysis of the INV (for Argentinean samples) and/or the laboratory analysis (for international samples)
  • Sugar and Alcohol must be specified.
